What is a typical training session schedule?Trainings generally start around 9:30 am. Being on time is essential to starting, covering the necessary material and finishing according to schedule. Two coffee-breaks, one in the morning, one in the afternoon, are planned. For lunch, trainer and attendees eat together; lunch is included in the fee (for inhouse workshops only). We usually break for lunch from 12.30 pm - 1.30 pm. Trainings conclude around 6.00pm.
SensioLabs offers different types of trainings that run from 1 to 5 days.
What are the minimum requirements to participate in the training workshop?In general, you must have comfortable knowledge of Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) with PHP 5. Each workshop has different requirements, but they are all listed per workshop online.
Can I obtain an attestation certificate for my attendance?At the end of the session, you will receive a document attesting that you followed and completed our training.
How do I signup?With the search engine, you can find the training that meets your needs. Once you have made your selection, registration and payment are done directly online. At the end of the registration process, you will receive an email confirming your order. Notifications are sent to each attendee by email at least two weeks before the session date.
Are trainings available in multiple languages?Depending on the country, trainings are available in English, French, German and Spanish.
At the end of the training session, can I access the training slides?It is possible to access and download the training slides. Simply give your email address to the trainer. He or she will send them to you at the end of the session.
Should I bring my notification or any other material to attend the training session?On the designated day, you will only need your ID and your own laptop if you have one. If not, or if you don’t want to bring yours, you can mention it during the online registration process. SensioLabs will provide one for you, for free (if available), for the duration of the session.
What should I do if I cannot attend the training? What are the cancelation conditions?If for some reason you are not able to participate in the training, you can cancel it. You must inform us first by phone and then by email.
If cancelation occurs two weeks before the training, you will not be billed.
If cancelation occurs one week before the training, you will be billed 50% of the global price. Less than one week before, you will have to pay the entire price.
If you want to reschedule the training less than two weeks before the date initially planned, it will be considered as a cancelation.
If you want to reschedule your training, you must inform us two weeks before the initial date to avoid being billed.
